About [Kitchen] Compliments
This blog was created so that I am able to share things that I've created in the kitchen with all of you. A lot of the recipes are things I've found online and in recipe books that I've created and/or adapted, so unless otherwise stated, most of the recipes are not directly mine.
In terms of me, I'm an Englishman who has been living in Sofia, Bulgaria for the past three years, although I have been baking and cooking for a vast portion of my life. It's something that I enjoy and after having received a couple of requests to share my creations with others, I created [Kitchen] Compliments.
If you have any questions, do feel free to email me or write me a comment and I'll be sure to answer as best as I can. Thank you for viewing the site and expect more recipes and creations to be added as the days and weeks pass.
